The Role:
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition (located in the USA), you will be responsible for:
Impacting business results, by making recommendations in hiring “industry experts”
Playing a key role in driving the recruitment process, attracting and hiring the best talent in Mexico & Latin America.
Supervising the development of job requisitions, revision of job descriptions, documentation of postings and approvals for accuracy in the applicant tracking system.
Conducting full life-cycle recruitment process and job offers, developing relationships with candidates, timely follow-up, feedback, and correspondence as required.
Working in collaboration with colleagues, and prospect passive talent through search engine and social media.
