Senior Maintenance Projects Facility Engineer – Ciudad Juarez, MexicoPurposeTo maintain the facility and its systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) in optimum conditions.Under general supervision, supports the design, planning, and development of construction projects and architectural modifications to the building.Works as a team with the EHS department and contractors' safety engineers to maintain safety on all construction processes.Executes the project in adherence to CAPEX BP.Collaborates with the FM team to deliver projects according to J&J guidelines.Keeps records, metrics, meeting reports, and financial reports related to the project.ResponsibilitiesAssure outside contractors for building systems (HVAC, plumbing, etc.) are aware of EES requirements.Design, plan, and develop construction projects and architectural modifications to the building.Build, execute, and follow up on construction projects, providing professional assistance throughout all project stages.Control co...
