Senior Manager Renovations – CALA AD&C
Location: Bogotá, Colombia or Mexico City, Mexico.
Reporting to: Director AD&C CALA. Join our in‑house Architecture, Design & Construction team responsible for renovating Hilton’s Focused Service, Full Service, All‑Inclusive, Luxury & Lifestyle brands—both managed and franchised hotels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end project management of renovations, ensuring alignment with Hilton AD&C processes and brand requirements.
- Comprehend, review and oversee all design and construction documentation (drawings, specifications, submittals, shop drawings), ensuring technical compliance, quality and value engineering.
- Provide regional architectural finishes, FFE and manufacturer alternatives to Owners and Development partners as necessary.
