In this role you will:
  • Champion a client‑focused culture to deepen relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.

  • Lead the development and execution of Scotiabank’s global employee listening strategy, including engagement surveys, lifecycle surveys (e.g., New Hire, Exit, Recruitment and Hiring), and ad‑hoc surveys.

  • Contribute to the design and ongoing evolution of the Bank’s global employee listening program, including survey methodology, measurement approach, and feedback cycles.

  • Develop and deliver key communications, reporting, and insights content for Senior Leadership, HR partners, and other key stakeholders.

  • Manage the preparation and synthesis of survey results into executive‑ready materials that translate data into clear insights and recommended actions.
