In this role you will:
Champion a client‑focused culture to deepen relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.Lead the development and execution of Scotiabank’s global employee listening strategy, including engagement surveys, lifecycle surveys (e.g., New Hire, Exit, Recruitment and Hiring), and ad‑hoc surveys.Contribute to the design and ongoing evolution of the Bank’s global employee listening program, including survey methodology, measurement approach, and feedback cycles.Develop and deliver key communications, reporting, and insights content for Senior Leadership, HR partners, and other key stakeholders.Manage the preparation and synthesis of survey results into executive‑ready materials that translate data into clear insights and recommended actions.Develop recommendations informed by listening data, trends, and external research to support emp...
