As Manager – Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS), you will lead the end-to-end commercial and quantity surveying functions across high-rise residential developments, driving cost control, contract management, tendering, budgeting, and commercial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
This role requires a highly analytical, commercially driven, and execution-focused professional capable of balancing project delivery, commercial risk management, and cost optimization in fast-paced construction environments.
