**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for all areas of manufacturing and operations support.
- Improve operating profits for the company.
Develop and drive the Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity metrics.
Ensure daily SQDIP review.
- Develop and lead a world class Operations team.
- Direct the maintenance of a safe and healthy working environment by eliminating hazards, training employees, and promoting safety awareness.
Continually upgrade, direct, comply with, and enforce Company safety programs and policies.
- Lead the plant's complete supply-chain management to include planning, sourcing, production, shipping/logistics, quality, and quantity objectives, with other plants as well as vendors and customers.
- Promote the Regal Business System tools while improving RBS training and facilitation skills by pursuing certification in RBS tools.
