What is the opportunity?

As the Senior Manager of Technology & Operations (T&O) Partnerships, you build and lead strategic relationships with external industry partners and academic institutions. In this role, you will oversee the full spectrum of our partnerships, from program planning through execution while aiming to enhance internal employee engagement, build our brand in key technology sectors and build out our future talent pipeline.What will you do?

Establish creative ways to activate with partners, keeping programs fresh and engaging from a user-centric approach.

Drive market awareness and maintain an understanding of how RBC shows up against the competition.
