What is the opportunity?As a Senior Manager, T&O Finance, Performance Management, lead all aspects of consolidated results reporting processes and drive efficiencies along these processes and tools for the Finance Advisor (FA) teams. You will lead a team that provide insightful and actionable financial and business analysis of T&O results and work on analytical presentations to support decision making. This position supports the Performance Management team to provide Senior Management with effective performance analytics and reporting of Actual results to enable early identification of issues, opportunities and appropriate alternative action to support efficient and timely decision making. The Senior Manager is also responsible for timely delivery of related financial reporting packages while streamlining processes to create efficiencies and support month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes.What will you do?
