Senior Materials Planner / Buyer

Job Summary

• The Senior Materials Planner / Buyer is responsible for owning materials planning and purchasing for the Tampa location as well as supporting the Tijuana location, ensuring uninterrupted production through alignment between demand, supply, and inventory.
• This role translates demand signals and forecasts into actionable purchasing plans, maintains MRP planning parameters, and drives supplier performance to ensure material availability. The position plays a key role in improving inventory accuracy, standardizing processes across Tampa and Tijuana, and supporting ERP/WMS system implementation.
• This is a hands‑on, technically focused role requiring strong Excel skills, systems knowledge (MRP/ERP), and the ability to interface cross‑functionally with production team, warehouse, finance, suppliers and carriers. The role will play a key part in an upcoming ERP/WMS implementation.
