Role Responsibility

• Responsible for leading the Metallurgical Accounting team in tracking, reconciling, and reporting metal quantities throughout the production process—from raw material receiving to final products, tailings, and effluent.
• Ensures accurate metal balance, recovery calculations, and inventory reconciliation to support operational efficiency, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure compliance with Company metal accounting standards and applicable regulatory reporting requirements.
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation of metal accounting calculations, procedures, and reconciliation records.
• Utilize metal accounting tools, Excel, and database systems as required for reporting and analysis.
• Maintain data integrity, accuracy, and consistency within the metal accounting system.
