Senior Performance Lead: LoadRunner, Azure & Power BI

We are seeking a experienced Performance Lead with at least 8 years of hands‑on experience in end‑to‑end performance testing. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in LoadRunner, strong communication and leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage client‑side performance analysis, present results to business stakeholders and conduct discussions on the same. Work as a bridge between onsite and offshore teams, ensuring smooth communication, task alignment, and delivery timelines. Experience with Azure and Power BI based applications is valued.
