Pave Talent is hiring on behalf of our client, a fast-growing AI-enabled podcast agency serving the physician and health education space. This isn't a boutique shop with three clients and a Slack channel. They currently produce 25+ weekly shows, manage a distributed remote team across multiple time zones, and are on a clear path to double their client roster within 12 months. They've built proprietary AI tooling that no competitor in the space has, and they're actively expanding into Spanish-language content. The CEO is growth-minded, hands-on, and ready to share upside with the right person.
