Senior Property Asset Management Partner

We are looking for a Senior Property Asset Management Partner to help shape how public assets are used to deliver better outcomes for people and places across the West Midlands.

This is a strategic role at the heart of WMCA’s ambitions. You’ll lead how we plan, manage, and optimise our property portfolio, ensuring our assets support regeneration, economic growth, and more sustainable, joined-up public services.

Working across WMCA and with partners, you’ll play a key role in delivering a more coordinated, place-based approach to public land and property through programmes such as One Public Estate and our regional “Our Estate” approach.

You will lead the strategic approach to asset management across WMCA, ensuring property decisions are aligned with corporate priorities and regional goals.
