About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead recruitment strategy and execution for our Bogotá Office (Corporate Functions) and attract top‑tier talent to Inspire Brands. This role requires a forward‑thinking, data‑driven leader who can craft and execute a high‑impact talent strategy in our fast‑growing, multi‑brand environment.
Responsibilities
- Own full‑cycle recruiting for roles based in Bogotá, from intake and sourcing through offer and pre‑onboarding, in partnership with U.S. stakeholders.
- Identify, attract, and engage top talent through various sourcing techniques and channels.
- Build and improve recruiting processes, templates, communications, and workflows to maintain an efficient and consistent hiring experience.
- Partner closely with hiring managers, HR partners, and the U.S. recruiting team to keep searches moving with urgency and strong communication.
