Senior Recruiter (Colombia)

Reporting to the Recruiting Manager, you will be involved in:

Responsibilities

• Business Development and expanding Chronos recruiting services to clients in Colombia
• Headhunting, researching, identifying and presenting candidates across a range of diverse industries and levels of roles
• Identifying recruitment sources, networking leads, social media and advertising tools
• Client & candidate relationship management, communicating in a timely, professional and responsive manner
• Creating and updating Progress Reports to track research and recruitment process

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related area
• 4+ years’ experience in full cycle recruitment (job description creation, posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting shortlist & closing candidates)
