Senior Salesforce Architect & Tech Lead Enterprise

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead or Architect to join our growing practice. In this role, you will serve as the technical authority on complex Salesforce implementations, guiding distributed development teams and acting as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and engineering. You will own the end-to-end solution design for some of our most demanding enterprise engagements.

• Lead solution design and architecture across Salesforce Core, Service Cloud, Service Cloud Voice, and Digital Experience Cloud implementations.
• Define technical standards, best practices, and governance frameworks for the development team.
• Translate complex functional and business requirements into clear, scalable technical specifications and architecture documents.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, facilitating workshops, design sessions, and executive-level presentations.
