Senior SAP CIS Device Management Lead is responsible for the end-to-end design leadership, configuration governance, and delivery of SAP IS-U Device Management within a large-scale Utilities Customer Information System (CIS) transformation program.

Role Overview

The SAP CIS Device Management Lead is responsible for the end-to-end design leadership, configuration governance, and delivery of SAP IS-U Device Management within a large-scale Utilities Customer Information System (CIS) transformation program. Operating within a System Integrator–led delivery model, this role owns solution integrity across the meter and device lifecycle, including installations, removals, exchanges, and technical master data, while ensuring integration readiness across downstream systems.

The Device Management Lead works closely with Billing, FI-CA, AMI/MDM, and field operations teams to ensure accurate meter-to-cash execution and high-quality operational outcomes through go-live and stabilization.
