Job Description

How You'll Make An ImpactAssess the degradation of turbine hardware and communicate risk back to field service and commercial teams.Review findings with customers to explain operational risks based on part condition.Document component damage and feedback service experience to design engineering.Review outage plans and scope for component hardware installed in unit and provide recommendations for exchange of hardware.Direct impact on Service business success by improving customers' ability to improve engine reliability.Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA's) on components when they don't meet life expectancy.Provide technical support for manufacturing product and process deviations.Manage Risk Database.Review current risks and compare them with findings within fleet and recommend updates.Review current status of part life and coordinate life assessments to update part life model.Communicate these updates to affected teams.Interfaces include, but are not limited to, Manufacturing, Field S...
