About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with a proven track record in hiring for Finance, Legal and/or HR functions within a corporate environment.
What Will You Be Doing
- Own end-to-end recruitment for Finance, Legal and/or HR roles, from requisition to onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Heads of Department, Vice‑Presidents and other senior leaders to understand their business goals and hiring needs.
- Ensure the accuracy of recruitment data and analytics to report on hiring trends, time‑to‑fill, and pipeline health.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external legal/regulatory requirements.
- Partner with agencies and search firms to outsource recruitment efforts as needed.
- Maintain a solid understanding of industry trends and provide insight into the competitive landscape.
