Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Medellín)

We’re Hiring: Recruiter – Bogotá or Medellín (Onsite)

About the Role

We are seeking a Recruiter with 3–4 years of experience in high-volume recruitment to join our team in Medellín and provide direct support to the Recruiter Operations Team Lead. This is a full-time, onsite position (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) with all legal benefits included. Based on performance and company growth, there is the possibility of extending the contract to an indefinite term.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate’s potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates and be committed to meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.
