Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Align on candidate personas with the head of Hiring department and HRBP to ensure job responsibilities and competency requirements are clear and specific.
- Formulate recruitment plans and source-to-hire strategies by leveraging appropriate talent channels and platforms.
- Source, screen, and conduct initial interviews; present qualified shortlists with assessment notes to users, and manage the feedback loop.
- Maintain the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) regularly to build and nurture a robust talent pipeline.
- Assist leadership in optimizing recruitment workflows and managing external partner/vendor relationships (e.g., the third-party talent acquisition agencies/university, job portals).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably majoring in Psychology or Human Resources Management.
