Advise a diverse clientele (SMEs, entrepreneurs, investors, institutions) in corporate, commercial, transactional, and personal tax matters. Lead or support reorganizations, mergers/acquisitions, financing, rollovers and freezes, audits, and voluntary disclosures. Collaborate with business law, litigation, and financing teams to provide integrated and pragmatic solutions. Draft opinions, memos, and reusable templates; optimize processes and ensure legislative change monitoring. Contribute to the development of the practice (mentorship, visibility, business) and enhance the client experience. Advantages
