**What's The Role**
The **Senior Manager – Northern Bahamas** is responsible for overseeing the strategic and operational performance of BTC’s northern island clusters, including Abaco, Grand Bahama, Bimini, the Berry Islands, and surrounding cays. The role ensures the seamless execution of infrastructure projects, service delivery, and customer experience initiatives while driving the performance of island teams to meet organizational targets. This position plays a critical role in aligning regional execution with corporate goals, fostering collaboration, and ensuring operational excellence across all assigned islands.
