Senior User Acquisition Manager (Bogotá)

Reporting to the CMO, this is a hands‑on execution role focused on scaling performance across key paid acquisition channels. You’ll start with direct ownership of 1-2 channels and may grow into broader responsibilities if performance exceeds expectations.

Campaign Ownership and Scaling

• Take the lead on one or two paid acquisition channels across direct-buy and programmatic networks (e.g., ExoClick, TrafficStars, TrafficJunky), with potential to expand scope based on performance
