TheMain Shop Service Advisorat Crowfoot Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT is responsible for greeting new and current clients as they enter the service area. They are responsible to act as the go-between for Service Technicians and customers. As an integral part of the service team, the advisor works with the technicians to ascertain the cause of the issue(s) that prompted a given customer's visit, work to address and resolve those issues. In addition, since technicians will often have more than one possible solution to a given issue, service advisors must be able to relate these options to the customer and help them select a course of action.
