Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage Service & Repair teams across NC and Mexico, including performance management, coaching, and talent development.
  • Execute regional Field Service operational plans aligned with commercial objectives, service KPIs, and customer commitments.
  • Ensure consistent, high‑quality installation, maintenance, and technical support of DePuy Synthes products in customer environments.
  • Partner closely with Commercial, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
