Job Purpose:
The Service Desk Supervisor is responsible for creating and executing the vision for exceptional operations and service delivery to one of our external clients in US and CANADA, to support maximum revenue generation enabled by continuously available commercial applications, and low-cost operations enabled by high worker productivity. The Service Desk Supervisor will support and lead the call center operation to:
Deliver optimum performance, availability, capacity, reliability and security for all client products, platforms, and networks.
Ensure all other operational processes are correctly executed, such as product support and call escalations to service techs.
Where necessary take part in or lead major incidents and ensure appropriate follow up on the root cause analysis.
Ensure all operational procedures are documented.
