**Your role:**
As a **Services & Solutions Delivery Specialist** within the Parts process you are responsible for making sure that spare parts are available and delivered for our customers and Service Engineers from DX. As a Services Specialist you will ensure quality and functionality of Philips equipment to care of our customer’s needs. Manage service requests and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction on a daily basis.
