Sessional Instructor, Bachelor of Science in Nursing

Position Summary

Applicants are invited from qualified individuals to instruct in theBachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program at North Island College (NIC). The BSN program is offered in partnership with Vancouver Island University.

The sessional instructional assignment, up to 100%, involves teaching the practice course NUR 276: Consolidated Practice Experience II to a cohort of Access to BSN students using a face-to-face delivery method.
Note: Candidates must have current clinical expertise and experience in Mental Health and/or Women/Children area of practice. Practicum placements will take place in a variety of practice settings and may require travel. Applicants need to have a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
