Reports to the Regional Team Leader, Parts Coordination Management.
What You Will Be Doing
- Provide both technical and administrative support to the sales organization, assisting in the preparation of sales proposals and documentation to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and a strong customer focus.
- Take ownership of customer interactions related to spare parts, ensuring smooth communication, effective request handling, and an excellent customer experience while supporting operational excellence across the SLS organization.
