Detailed Overview
The Site Leader is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the delivery of direct patient/resident care at the Regional Hospitals after hours, on weekends and/or as assigned including the overall responsibility for the supervision of staff and the effectiveness of care provided on the units. Provides leadership and direction to Patient Care Coordinators and/or Charge Nurses; makes critical decisions and solves complex problems which impact patient/resident care and safety; assesses the efficiency and effectiveness of patient/resident service interfaces between clinical units/departments; coordinates hospital operations in accordance with established policies & standards of quality and patient care.
