About the Trust
James Lloyd Almshouse Trust provides comfortable, convenient, and self‑contained accommodation for 31 ladies from 55 years of age within a thriving community that offers them independence and security.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be a clear‑thinking person who can remain calm in an emergency, and be sympathetic towards the needs of older people. The appointee will be of a helpful disposition, fit and able to assist residents when required. They will manage, on a day‑to‑day basis, an Independent Living scheme for older people, and facilitate arrangements for professional workers and other visitors on site, including maintenance workers.
