Site Merchandiser

The Site Merchandiser supports the day‑to‑day execution of both B2C (direct‑to‑consumer) and B2B (business‑to‑business) ecommerce experiences for The Mascot Shop, jostens.com and other Jostens properties. The Site Merchandiser is responsible for helping maintain and optimize the online shopping experience by ensuring products, content, and promotions are accurately presented on the website. This role focuses on day‑to‑day site execution, product setup & offering, basic performance monitoring and working closely with cross‑functional partners such as marketing, product, UX, operations and sales.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update B2C and B2B product & template listings, including product names, descriptions, pricing, categories, attributes and availability.
• Use dotCMS and Broadleaf Commerce to maintain and update web content such as banners, navigation, categories, collections, promotional messaging and basic page layouts.
