CSS will be the single point of contact for situation or risk management for ongoing projects situation or escalation to ensure seamless service delivery. This will involve high collaboration with different team by involving correct people and consistent communication to management/customer.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
The Critical Situation Specialist is responsible for leading, planning, and managing the resolution of technical problems/project risk/escalation with serious consequences to NiCE or our customers.

- Own the customer situation as a single point of contact for the customer escalation team
