SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR

Reports To: Head of Social Media

Full-time, remote (10 AM – 6 PM EST)

Paid time off (PTO) and all major USA holidays

Description:

The Social Media Coordinator oversees day-to-day planning and execution of HGF's social media content strategy. This role blends creative direction, analytics, and community engagement to ensure consistent, high-quality output that supports organizational goals and drives measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the monthly content calendar to ensure timely, strategic publishing.
  • Coordinate influencer partnerships, including outreach, briefing, and performance tracking.
  • Conduct ongoing research on trends, audience behavior, and competitive benchmarks.
  • Write creative briefs and collaborate with the Digital Content Creator on visual and video assets.
  • Support copywriting for posts, campaigns, and storytelling initiatives.
