Job Description
Kaseya is looking for an experienced, trilingual Solutions Engineer to join our rapidly growing Medellín hub. In this role, you will be a technical leader supporting the Sales team across both the LATAM and North American (NAM) markets. You will focus on delivering compelling technical demonstrations and guiding prospective customers through the value of the Kaseya IT Complete technology stack.
As a key member of the pre‑sales organization, you will partner closely with Account Executives to understand complex customer challenges and position Kaseya’s solutions through technical discovery, solution design, and deep‑dive demonstrations. While this role supports the broader platform, experience with PSA (Professional Services Automation) or RMM (Remote Monitoring & Management) solutions is highly beneficial.
