The Pass at South Lodge is not just a restaurant, but a gastronomic experience that has earned a Michelin star and 4 AA Rosettes.
You will join as the Sommelier, playing a key role in delivering a refined and memorable dining experience within our award-winning restaurant. Working closely with the Restaurant Manager and chefs, you will support the smooth running of service, ensuring wines are presented with confidence and care while enhancing the overall guest journey.
This role would be ideally suited to someone with previous Sommelier experience at a restaurant with a Michelin star or AA Rosette.
