We’re seeking a Sous Chef to join us at The Bison! Named in Trip Advisor's top 10 Canadian fine dining restaurants and OpenTable's Top 100 Restaurants in Canada, we proudly feature regional, seasonal, Canadian cuisine. Watch the show as a line of talented chefs prepare your meal in our open concept copper kitchen. Specializing in forno creations, fresh plant based dishes and of course Alberta bison. Enjoy your meal from our mountain view dining room, or escape to our rooftop terrace.
