Spa Receptionist - Beauty Therapist

Enjoy a mix of team leading, reception and front-of-house work alongside days performing the beauty therapy treatments you love. You'll be the smiling face to greet our clients on arrival and for the delivery of our renowned customer experience dealing with phone, email and in person enquiries and sales. You'll lead our team by example with your skills and attention to detail, mentoring our junior staff and setting the standard for an organised, happy and healthy working environment. This is a full time role that is supported by 2 other experienced leaders on the management team, you'll enjoy a work balance of both management and therapist shifts with regular weekends off and regular training and social activities.
