Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders Develop individualized therapy plans based on patient needs Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions Support children with developmental delays, autism, hearing impairment, and learning difficulties Assist adults with speech difficulties due to stroke, injury, or neurological conditions Monitor progress and modify treatment plans accordingly Maintain detailed case records and therapy reports Educate and counsel patients, parents, and caregivers Collaborate with doctors, psychologists, special educators, and other professionals Participate in awareness programs, camps, and community outreach (especially in NGO settings) Requirements Required Qualifications and Skills: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology / Audiology (BASLP / MASLP) from the recognized university.
