Job Description

The Account Manager is the primary interface that is responsible for the development of business relationships with current ALLDATA customers. They will provide post‑sales support to current ALLDATA customers, identify, and grow sales opportunities in assigned territories. Product development support, post sales relations, customer retention, sales skills, follow‑up, and action planning are key elements of this position.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and setup new customers
  • Contact customers to review their business and ensure customer loyalty
  • Resolve outstanding customer issues of various complexity in a timely manner
  • Renew existing subscriptions and meet their financial targets/Talk Time and other KPIs
  • Identify sales opportunities to increase customer profitability and drive company revenue.
  • Work with other departments to deliver maximum customer retention, sales revenue, and net sales profit.
