Role Overview

The Operations Specialist, OD & Inclusion is responsible for supporting the day‑to‑day execution and coordination of strategic initiatives across the global OD & Inclusion team, including Organization Development & Transformation, Talent, Learning, and Inclusion. This role will serve as the central operational point of support for the VP and their direct reports globally owning project workflows, vendor coordination, budget tracking, and cross‑functional communications.
