About the role
As a Specialist, Talent Acquisition (Temporary ), you will play a key role in driving end-to-end recruitment processes, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent. You will contribute to building strong talent pipelines, ensuring an excellent candidate experience, and supporting business growth across multiple functions.

Managing full-cycle recruitment processes, from intake meetings to offer stage
Partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategies
Sourcing and attracting candidates through different channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)
Screening and interviewing candidates, ensuring alignment with role requirements and company culture
