QUALIFICATIONS:
Education, Training And Experience
Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. theology, pastoral care, spiritual counselling or cultural care); and
Able to demonstrate the competencies described by the 2019 Canadian Association for Spiritual Care (CASC) for a Spiritual Care and Counseling Specialist. Ordination or appropriate Ecclesiastical endorsement, or three letters of reference from individuals who can attest to the applicant's commitment to a spirituality or religious faith and the ensuing practices which inform his or her vocational identity as a spiritual care practitioner. These letters of reference will address how the applicant demonstrates accountability to those identified as his or her spiritual community and will be dated within three months of the date of his or her application for the position; and
