We are seeking energetic, confident, and sports‑oriented individuals to join our onboard Sports & Recreation Team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy leading activities, engaging guests, and creating fun and inclusive experiences at sea.
As Sports Staff, you will lead a variety of onboard sports and recreational programs, including Flow Rider® surfing, basketball, ping‑pong, and other guest activities, while ensuring safety and delivering excellent guest service.Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate onboard sports and recreational activities
Host and facilitate Flow Rider® sessions and other signature attractions
Engage guests of all ages, including families, children, and adults
Confidently speak on a microphone and lead group activities
Ensure safety procedures are followed and manage guest behavior
Support multiple activities based on daily operational needsQualifications
Minimum of 2 years’ experience leading sports or recreational activities
