We are looking for a Sportsbar Lead who is able to identify good talent within the team and promote their professional, work-related, and personal growth by providing them with the necessary learning tools for the proper functioning and performance of their tasks, delegating activities to them, and organizing them for a harmonious operation.

What you'll do

• Review and control the daily openings and closings of each store under your charge through various Slack channels.
• Plan the staff schedules for the Experience Center on a weekly and timely basis.
• As the first instance in the operational hierarchy, manage and control the staff in your charge at the store.
• Train your team according to the needs of the operation, adapting them to change.
• Identify shortcomings in the functions of your team and provide appropriate feedback and a plan for improvement.
