Responsibilities- Processing orders in SAP, ensuring that price agreements, delivery conditions, and payment terms are correct.
- Handling discrepancies, claims, delivery issues, and quality problems by issuing internal claims and RMA/Credit/Debit as necessary.
- Following up on outstanding orders in collaboration with the customer, warehouse, purchasing, and carrier.
- Providing customer follow-ups by efficiently addressing customer inquiries and directing them to the appropriate service.
