Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day HR Operations for Switzerland and Germany.
• Support the full employee life‑cycle, including onboarding, benefits, absences and offboarding.
• Act as trusted contact for employees and managers on HR matters.
• Work closely with HR Operations team on process improvements and Workday projects.
• Ensure compliance with local labor law, company policies and internal processes.
• Support end‑to‑end recruiting activities for assigned locations.

Requirements

• Solid experience in an HR environment.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss and German employment regulation.
