Sr. KOL Strategist

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the KOL team to ensure smooth execution of all influencer campaigns
• Develop and review content briefs to align with campaign objectives
• Oversee and approve KOL content drafts to ensure quality and brand alignment
• Monitor team performance, set KPIs, and ensure targets are achieved
• Handle and supervise administrative processes (MOU/contracts & invoices)
• Analyze campaign performance and provide insights and improvement strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Brand, Creative) for campaign alignment
• Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, agencies, and partners

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing
• Prior team management or leadership experience is required
