Job Description

The Sr. Learning Experience Designer (LXD) is an individual contributor role within the LXSS Learning Experience Design career path.

LXDs design learner‑centric, engaging, and scalable learning experiences across digital and ILT/VILT modalities in collaboration with cross‑functional partners.

This role supports the development of high‑quality, accessible learning assets aligned to organizational goals, and contributes to solution design (approach, scope, and recommended modality) for small‑to‑medium projects.

LXDs manage their projects end‑to‑end across the design lifecycle, partnering with specialists in media, development, and programming within agile squads to bring learning solutions to life.
